Mark Alfaro – USA Triathlon Level I, NASM Certified Personal Trainer
Mark is an endurance sport enthusiast and competitive age-group triathlete with a normal 40+ hr/week day job and a family. He understands the balancing act that has to be performed as a husband, father and competitive triathlete and provides individualized training plans that produce results while maintaining a healthy life balance. Coaching experience includes sprint to long course triathlons, running distances up to 26.2 miles, and personal one-on-one sessions to improve technique.

IM Lake Stevens 70.3 (2013) – 5:24, Rock n’ Roll Half Marathon San Diego (2013) – 1:32

Monthly Coaching Plans:
$150 for non-PF / $125 for PF (mandatory membership)
$100/$75 for single sport (running, cycling)

Adam Lutz
Adam was born and raised in a little town in the middle of Pennsylvania, namely Happy Valley (State College, PA). Playing soccer his entire life Adam was also an avid outdoor enthusiast. From mountain biking, to camping, and hiking, Adam enjoyed Mother Nature’s entire playground. 11 years ago, Adam moved to San Diego and realized he could do these activities throughout the entire year. From then moving forward, he has jumped into the world of marathons, biking and triathlons. This is where Peakfinders found a place dear to his heart. Peakfinders has given Adam new opportunities, new friends, and a new lifestyle of health and adventure. Adam can be contacted at adam@peakfinderstraining.com.

Chris Heslin - USA Triathlon Level I,
Chris Heslin, MS CNS is a Health Educator and Certified Nutrition Specialist and a competitive triathlete. He has master's degrees in both nutrition and exercise physiology. Chris holds a deep passion for helping people succeed. Whether it’s through healthy eating and/or exercise, he enjoys motivating people of all abilities to choose a healthy path by showing them what they are truly capable of. He also enjoys organizing group fitness and exercise events in order to turn people on to the joy of exercise with others that have the same passion and energy. Rik Wlodarczyk
Rik Wlodarczyk, a partner in Peakfinders Training, has his Bachelor of Science in Biology from The Pennsylvania State University. He is the CEO of a financial company in La Jolla, Creative Financial Resources, where he helps companies raise money for expansion and development. He is a competitive endurance athlete, starting from just running a couple of miles a few days a week to competing in many half marathons, marathons, and triathlons, and now to running his first Ironman Triathlon this November in Phoenix, AZ. Rik looks forward to helping others find the fun in fitness and the camaraderie of working hard together as a group to help everyone reach their fitness goals. Debora Heslin
Debora is from Switzerland and holds degrees in Graphic/Web Design and Public Relations. After moving to the US in 2007, she developed a deep fondness for running, and in the last few years she has completed a series of half and full marathons. She is proud to be a part of PEAKFINDERS and passionate about helping others to become better runners through sound training, good support and a fun social environment.
